Chroma Group were entrusted by Far East Consortium to manage the procurement of the loose furniture throughout Ritz Carlton Melbourne.

We managed the tendering, value management, sourcing, prototyping, manufacture, quality control, delivery and placement of FF&E throughout the luxury hotel. We were able to pivot according to the base building program to ensure cost efficiencies were achieved. Acting for the client without a ‘middle-man’ ensured the value of each item remained in the end product.
