Marmelo & Mr Mills

Chroma Group were engaged to deliver Mr Mills & Marmelo; the food and beverage component of the new build Melbourne Place Hotel on Russell Street.

A thorough value management process on this project meant that the design intent could be brought to life in line with the client budget. Working in tandem with base builder requirements, we delivered the basement bar and ground floor restaurant which are connected by a feature staircase and an impressive custom light feature. The Portuguese restaurant and Spanish themed bar are designed with features to suit. This project involved management and coordination of a commercial bar and commercial kitchen, various custom joinery units, services and FF&E.
