Chroma Group were engaged to complete the full refurbishment of an existing 113 room, 7 storey hotel including guestrooms, bathrooms, reception, restaurant, bar, rooftop terrace and external façade upgrade.

Chroma Group managed all aspects of the construction process including overseas procurement of casegoods, custom lighting and furniture items. 

The building has been completely transformed to reflect the “on stage/off stage” theme created by Carr Design, inspired by its premium theatre district location. The outcome being a truly unique boutique hotel offering for the Lancemore Group.
