The refurbishment of the guestrooms at Balgownie Estate was delivered over two stages across six accommodation blocks on their rolling Yarra Valley property.

Each accommodation block contained three different suite types, each suite included a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The project was delivered in stages to allow the hotel to continue to function throughout the course of the works. Given the distance from Melbourne, an additional layer of subcontractor management was required from Chroma Group to ensure the same level of smooth delivery as achieved on our metropolitan projects.
