Chroma Group were engaged to complete the refurbishment of all guestroom bathrooms, extension and refurbishment of reception, lounge, bar, restaurant, deck and installation of a new swimming pool.

Chroma Group’s remit was to develop the cost plan, manage the design to align with trade budgets, build and procure all fixtures, finishes and furniture. Works were staged to allow business as usual during the works.

The 274-acre Springhill Estate has been completely transformed. The existing red brick main building has been modernised, extended and opened up to capitalise on the stunning views. Not surprisingly, incredibly popular for weddings and conferences.
