We're proud to showcase our involvement in shaping the breathtaking Beverly Rooftop, the latest jewel adorning South Yarra's skyline. Positioned atop the Goldfields House development, offering unparalleled 270-degree views of Melbourne, setting a new standard for elevated experiences.

The allure of Beverly Rooftop extends beyond its mesmerizing cityscape. Renowned design studio Mitchell and Eades have masterfully crafted an ambiance of sophistication and serenity.

Our role in bringing this vision to life was pivotal. We facilitated the transformation from a cold shell site to a luxurious retreat, collaborating closely with all project stakeholders, we oversaw the realisation of every aspect, from the welcoming lift lobby to the semi-open commercial kitchen and bar.

One of the standout features is the steel-framed retractable roof, seamlessly integrated into the design to embrace Melbourne's ever-changing weather. Beyond functionality, the space exudes elegance, with marble, travertine, and terrazzo finishes complemented by brass accents. Custom banquet and joinery units, alongside plush furnishings, create an inviting ambiance.
