Our adventure with Smith St Bistrot began with a vision: to re-create the charm of 1930s Paris on the lively streets of Collingwood, Melbourne. We were tasked with refurbishing this famous venue, and we set out on a quest to fill every nook with timeless beauty and superb craftsmanship.
