Chroma Group were engaged to complete a prototype room for Ibis and Novotel hotels. The project involved working with services engineers to identify potential future service clashes, and with architects and interior designers to ensure that the end result was cohesive and achieved the desired guest experience.

Through the mock-up room process, Chroma Group identified several issues and recommended changes to be made, so that potential hurdles during rollout (and subsequent maintenance issues) could be avoided.

Chroma Group also led negotiations at mock-up room stage to source custom made lighting and alternative finishes that achieved significant cost savings for the project rollout.
