Beverly Rooftop’s operator and repeat Chroma Group client engaged us to facilitate the delivery of this space atop Goldfields House in South Yarra.

Taking possession of the cold shell site, our works encompassed the entire footprint of the 24th level. This included a welcoming lift lobby and restrooms, a semi-open commercial kitchen, bar, and a large restaurant area. Our team worked alongside and coordinated with the incumbent contractor in charge of installing the steel framed retractable roof.

The space boasts 270-degree views out to the city from, separated from the restaurant by large ceiling height windows. The design features marble, travertine and terrazzo finishes, with brass highlights throughout.

Custom banquet and joinery units in soft tones, with plush furnishings throughout, the space is welcoming and cosy. There is an expansive hand-painted feature wall containing soft tones which are mirrored in the plush furnishings and other features of the space.
